The Volunteers for Springfield Park 

First it was our President Emeritus, and now our President—The Volunteers for Springfield Park don’t have to look far to find excellence in leadership, as UBGA is filled with it.

 They will be hosting their Annual Luncheon on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at Douglaston Manor, and we are proud to share that our President, Jacques Leandre, will be honored with a prestigious Community Service Award.

UBGA is pleased to sponsor up to four (4) members in good standing to attend this event. Members who receive this subsidy must commit to attending and agree to represent UBGA in a manner that reflects our core values.

If a subsidized member is unable to attend, they are required to notify UBGA immediately and secure a replacement from within the membership. Please note that no-shows will result in forfeiture of participation and reimbursement of the subsidy.
