About Me
Sharon Bailey is an active member of the United Black Golfers Association and has proudly served the organization for the past five years. She currently holds dual leadership roles as Activities Chairperson and Assistant Secretary on the UBGA Board of Directors.
As Activities Chairperson, Sharon leads the planning and execution of member golf outings, trips, and engagement events, with a clear focus on participation, consistency, and community building. As Assistant Secretary, she supports board operations and governance to ensure strong communication and organizational continuity.
Professionally, Sharon is a Vice President at Bank of America in the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management division, where she focuses on digital strategy and advisor engagement. She lives on Long Island, New York, and is the proud mother of two daughters.
Sharon remains committed to elevating the UBGA member experience and strengthening connections through the game of golf.
